Setting Thing’s Right Podcast for Sept. 5, 2012

On the September 5, 2012 Setting Things Right show, hosts Kent Peters, Cy Kellett (substituting for Linda Arreola), and Deacon Jim Walsh cover two important upcoming events: 1) the Culture of Life Family Services (COLFS) Pro-life is Good 3rd Annual Gala Dinner and Auction, set for Saturday, October 13 and 2) The California Sudanese Lost Boys and Girls Foundation – Long Night New Dawn Concert to benefit the villages of Awoda and Yida in Southern Sudan, set for Saturday, September 22nd.

Guests representing COLFS include Dr. George Delgado, Scott Maxwell, and Immaculee Ilibagiza, who will be the Gala Dinner and Auction Keynote Speaker. Representing The California Sudanese Lost Boys and Girls Foundation is Dr. Lisa Petronis. Listen and learn more about the missions of COLFS and the Lost Boys and Girls Foundation.

The hosts also discussed the recently distributed Catholic Voter Education Aid produced by the Office for Social Ministry.
